Self - Defense Level 1

Class covers basic principles of self-defense such as assessing a threat, setting boundaries, and handling initial attack. Includes basic wrist releases, front choke defenses, and open palm strikes.

No ground fighting

Self - Defense Level 2

Class builds off skills learned in Beginner Self-Defense. Participants will learn to defend against rear chokes and be introduced to ground fighting. Learning how to defend from the ground is critical as most attacks on women will end up on there.
