Self - Defense Level 2

Class builds off skills learned in Beginner Self-Defense. Participants will learn to defend against rear chokes and be introduced to ground fighting. Learning how to defend from the ground is critical as most attacks on women will end up on there.

Self - Defense Class Level 3

Class builds off skills learned in previous two sessions. Participants will continue learning to manage the ground fight, including how to block punches and escape when the attacker is on top.

Cost: $55.00
